Welcome back inside of our studio! We want to share all the safety measures we’re putting into place to keep your time with us safe and sanitary.
The entire staff at 1Rider is proud to know we consistently keep our studio exceptionally clean. We'll continue to improve to make sure we provide the absolute safest environment possible for you and the community. This is an evolving process and we will continue to update our procedures and prioritize your safety as more information and guidelines become available.

All class reservations must be made in advance and prior to the class start time via our website or the 1Rider App.
Based from current Washington State and CDC guidelines, all riders have the option to no longer wear a mask while visiting our studio. We encourage our visitors and members to make choices based on their own comfort levels. Please also respect the choices of their fellow gym-goers whether they choose to ride masked or unmasked.
Our studio has 3 portable air filtration systems that filter and circulate fresh and filtered air continuously. These filters clean air at an enormous rate of 800sq ft every 15 minutes. Multiply that by x3 and you're guaranteed to breathe easy!
The water bottle fill station is open and available for you to use here in-studio. Properly hydrating your body is key! If you would like to purchase a water bottle, you may do so at the front desk. Towels are provided and can be obtained inside the studio before your ride begins. We strongly encourage you to bring your own cycle shoes if you have them. Our bike pedals are SPD and LOOK Delta compatible. If you will need shoes, inquire with the front desk upon your arrival and check-in. Our staff will make sure you have the proper size and fit for your ride.
Lockers are available but please limit the belongings you bring inside of the studio. Best to leave all distractions outside!
Uur cycle studio is open and no longer maintaining 6ft distance between riders. If you'd like to request a bike with additional available space, just ask our front desk to switch you into a different position. We're happy to do that whenever the class allows.
We have hand sanitizing stations throughout the studio. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry to the studio. We offer pre-moistened sanitizing wipes inside of the studio for you, too. Please feel free to utilize these to wipe down your bike before class begins. Keep it clean and sanitary for not only yourself but for the others surrounding you.
We DO NOT allow late riders into the studio. Please arrive with plenty of time to get settled. - New riders to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes before class so we can properly get you comfortable with our space and your bike adjustments for a safe and enjoyable ride.
Please bring a limited amount of items into the studio – we recommend a towel, your cycling shoes, water. We can't wait to see your smile!
We have a touchless entry and check in system. Your instructor and/or front desk can assist you with check in from a safe distance when you enter the studio. Make sure to navigate your way to the front desk upon arrival. Our 1Rider app is also available for you to check in with.

All staff members are required to thoroughly (and consistently) wash their hands throughout their shift and are required to stay home when feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms. - It's everyone's responsibility to keep our space sanitary and safe. Please do the same when utilizing and sharing our space.
We use a hospital-grade electrostatic sprayer to disperse EPA-approved disinfectants to clean ALL surfaces inside the studio. This includes: all bikes inside of the studio, door handles, bathroom surfaces, benches, lockers, desks, computers, light switches, and microphones. Any surface that is exposed to riders or staff will be disinfected before and after every single class. We've stocked the studio with disinfectant wipes for you to wipe down your bike before class. Surely not necessary after our studio cleaning protocols but definitely offers some peace of mind. Our #1 priority is helping you feel comfortable and safe while inside of our space.
Our shower is OPEN and availbale for you to utilize. We have shower towels and other amenities so bring your change of clothes and leave clean.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting test results, or have been knowingly exposed / come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the studio for 7 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.
Maintain Social Distance / Minimize Contact. We’re pumped to see one another and we ask that you respect one another, maintain 6 feet of distance between one another and refrain from person-to-person contact. Distanced air fives and air hugs are encouraged!
The CDC advises that anyone over the age of 65, or with pre-existing conditions, should minimize social contact. If you fall into this category, and are still concerned about riding in the studio, we will continue our virtual offerings via our On Demand Library. We encourage you to stay involved and fit so you’re ready to rejoin us when the time is right.
If there is a case of COVID-19 reported in the studio we will notify you immediately however will maintain individual confidentiality.
