At 1Rider, cleanliness and safety are paramount. We're committed to providing you and the community with the utmost secure environment. As guidelines evolve, so do our procedures. Welcome back, and rest assured, your well-being is our top priority.

Booking your Ride

All class reservations must be made in advance and prior to the class start time via our website or the 1Rider App.

Mask Policy

In accordance with current Washington State and CDC guidelines, wearing a mask at our studio is optional for all riders. We value individual comfort and choice. Rest assured, our studio is equipped with three portable air filtration systems that efficiently clean and circulate fresh, filtered air. These systems cover a substantial area, ensuring a refreshing atmosphere, giving you peace of mind!

Shoes, Towels, Water

The water bottle fill station is at your disposal for in-studio use. Staying hydrated is crucial! If you'd like to purchase a water bottle, they're available at the front desk. Towels are provided and can be picked up inside the studio before your ride. For an optimal experience, we recommend bringing your own cycle shoes. Our bike pedals are compatible with SPD and LOOK Delta. If you need shoes, please ask the front desk upon check-in, and our staff will ensure you have the right fit for your ride.

Lockers are at your disposal, but we kindly ask you to minimize personal items brought into the studio. It's best to keep distractions outside for an optimal enjoyment!

In our cycle studio, there isn't a mandatory distance between riders during class. If you prefer extra space, simply let our front desk know, and we'll gladly arrange for a different position, whenever class capacity permits. Your comfort is our priority!

We've made sure hand sanitizer is readily available at the studio. Additionally, you'll find pre-moistened sanitizing wipes inside our studio room. Feel free to use them to clean your bike or equipment. Let's all do our part to keep the space clean and safe for everyone.

We cannot accommodate late arrivals. Kindly ensure you arrive with ample time to settle in. If you're new to our studio, please come 15 minutes before class. This way, we can assist you in familiarizing yourself with the space and adjusting your bike for a safe and delightful class.

Check In

We've implemented a touchless entry and check-in system for your convenience. Upon arrival, please head to the front desk where your instructor or our front desk team will assist you. You can also use our 1Rider app for check-in.

If you require any assistance, our attentive staff will be readily available to help.

General Health

Every team member must diligently wash their hands throughout their shift and stay home if unwell or experiencing any symptoms. Ensuring a clean and safe environment is a collective effort. We kindly ask you to do the same when using and respecting our space.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

We use strong disinfectants on all surfaces in the studio, like bikes, handles, and more. They're cleaned before and after every class. We've also got wipes if you want to clean your bike for extra peace of mind. Making sure you feel safe and comfortable is our top priority.

Shower Room

Feel free to use our open shower. We've got towels and other essentials for you. Just bring a change of clothes and leave feeling refreshed and clean.
