SAFETY PROTOCOLS

As we prepare to welcome you back to our studio, we want to share all the safety measures we’re putting into place to keep your sweaty dance party safe and healthy!

1Rider has always prided itself on keeping our studio exceptionally clean and safe. We continue to dig deep and to make sure we provide the safest environment possible for our crew. This is an evolving process and we will continue to update our procedures as more information becomes available.

While things will look a bit different, we’re still bringing the energy, swagger, hustle, and community to our classes and crew! 1Rider appreciates your support and commitment during this time and we’re excited to hold space for some good vibes and energy.

Booking your Ride

+

All class bookings must be made in advance and at least 30 minutes before the class start time via our website or the 1Rider App. Initially, we will not be allowing walk-ins.

Wear a mask

+

All 1Rider Crew will be wearing face-masks. Instructors and customers will also wear masks whenever in the stadium or studio; only taking off masks right when you clip into your bike. Masks are immediately put back on after your ride when you un-clip.

Shoes, Towels, Water

+

The water fountains will be closed so we ask that you bring your own water bottle filled-up (you’ll need it with all the dancing and sweating!) If you would like to purchase a water bottle, you may do so from a distance via the front desk. Per state requirements, we will not be providing towel service at this time. Please bring your own towel from home. We also strongly encourage you to bring your own cycle shoes. Our bikes are SPD and Delta compatible. If you do need shoes, we will leave them in the locker number that corresponds with the bike you reserved. (For example: If you reserve Bike 7, your shoes will be in locker 7.)

Bikes

+

Bikes will be spaced apart to allow for social distancing. We ask that you go straight to your bike when instructed. Once class has ended, the instructor will cue when to exit in order to keep a socially distanced departure.

Sanitizer

+

We have hands-sanitizing stations throughout the studio and bathrooms. We ask that you sanitizer your hands upon entry to the studio. Keep it clean!

Arrival

+

We ask that customers arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before class to form a socially-distanced line outside the stadium. You will be invited into the stadium one-by-one and asked to go directly to your bike. Please bring a limited amount of items into the studio – we recommend a towel, cycling shoes, water and your keys/phone if necessary, and a definitely a whole lot of swagger and hustle.

Check In

+

We will have a touchless entry and check in. The instructor and/or front desk will check you from a distance when you enter the studio. Make sure to verbally touch base with them so they can mark you into the class. They can remind you what bike you’re on, but even better is if you download our 1RiderApp and see where you are! There will no need to approach the desk. Our staff will be available to help, but from a social distance as indicated by our floor markers.

Health Checks

All crew members will have their temperature checked before each shift.Additionally, all crew are required to thoroughly wash their hands according toCDC guidelines immediately upon entering. All employees AND riders must go through a pre-screening involving symptom questions and a temperature check.Per state requirement, riders must fill out a one-time health waiver for their first class back. Let’s keep everyone healthy and ready to party!

We will be using hospital-grade, CDC and OSHA-approved disinfectant to clean ALL surfaces after every class. This includes: Every bike in the studio, all door handles, bathroom surfaces, benches, lockers, desks, computers, light switches, and microphones. Any surface that is exposed to customers or staff will be disinfected before and after every single class.
