We have secure lockers to store your belongings, a fillable water station with ice cold H2O and complimentary towel service. Riders have access to our shower and changing room facilities that come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair styling tools. We also offer complimentary earplugs, hair elastics and feminine products should you need them.

Cancellations & restrictions

If you need to make changes to your reservation, do so by logging into your account and updating your reservation. Please make sure you’re doing so 8-hours in advance to avoid any penalties. You can check out details in our Terms & Conditions.

We are 100% always willing to accommodate you in the event you need to cancel within the 8 hour cancellation window if you just communicate with us by email or phone prior to class starting.

Arrive to class early

The studio is open and available to welcome riders 30 minutes before class begins. If you're a new rider to the studio, we ask that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins so our staff can give you a tour and assist with any questions you may have.
